New Generation of Realtors Part 15: Helping a family that needed a miracle!
On Tuesday evening i received a call from a potential buyer looking to purchase a home. The call came in around 10:00pm. These people sounded desperate and were looking to buy a home. They saw one of our listings on the Internet and wanted to see the home immediately.


The next morning they arrived and explained their situation. They have low credit scores, because they weren`t able to pay off hospital bills! In sad that in this country we still have millions of people who are uninsured! These people are very hard working and are now nurses at the local county hospital in Miami.

They needed a break. I called our mortgage broker who told me, that he`d need at least 3 months to clear up their credit, he assured me,it can be done.

Next, I contacted the seller, who is a 77 year old man, and needs to sell this home, his son,lived there for years and decided he no longer wanted to be in Sunrise,Florida.
The listing was held by another Realtor who wasn`t able to sell it during her 7 month listing agreement.The seller needed a miracle as well. I proposed to the seller that we do a "Lease Option" for six months with an option to purchase the home. I explained to the seller that we can get these people approved in 3-4 months. He agreed.

When it was over, I looked at the buyer and seller and realized what we just had done was a small miracle!
