Treviso Bay, a luxury condominium community in south Naples, made 108 reservations within five days of going on the market Feb. 10, according to developer V.K. Development Corp. of Brookfield, Wis.The reservations were all for homes priced over $700,000 and required a $25,000 deposit.In addition, 108 spa and club memberships were reserved with $5,000 deposits, and 38 golf course memberships were reserved with $10,000 deposits.Reservations totaled more than $125 million in sales revenue.Treviso Bay, which will have about 1,200 residences, is situated on 1,050 acres off U.S. 41 and adjacent to the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve and has homes priced from the $700,000s to more than $4.5 million.
